Shipping Costs, Refunds and Returns
At PPJ we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. Our return rate is one of the lowest in the online tackle business. Our team makes every effort to assure products are defect free when they leave the shop.
We review all requests for refunds or returns on a case by case basis. You may call or email us at the contact information listed on our site. If we determine you have received a defective product or one with defects in materials, workmanship etc. which render it unusable, we will exchange it immediately for an identical item or another of equal value of your choice. We will determine whether defective items in question are to be returned at the buyer expense when you contact us. PPJ will cover the costs of shipping a new item to the consumer. For situations such as these, each customer will be contacted via email or by telephone call by the boss himself, personally. No middle men to deal with, no hassles. You will get your concerns addressed directly by the person in charge. Because we aim to make it right, every time, for every customer. It's why our reputation for superior customer care is unrivaled.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on unused items, or those not defective. So make sure you want it, before you buy it.
We do not offer refunds on custom painted, one off production lures or jigs of any sort. Customers are provided with photos and high res videos of the finished product prior to shipping and must approve those before purchases are billed. Custom products which are determined to be defective will be exchanged no questions asked. Defective custom builds shall be returned to PPJ for forensic analysis so we can learn from a mistake.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products abused, improperly stored, used in salt water or beyond their intended purpose and specifications. We do not refund products otherwise altered or tampered with by the end user. (yes we can tell) We do not refund or exchange products broken during the course of normal use due to acts of God, natural disasters, or other weird stuff. So if a Muskie eats your bass plug, bends your spinnerbait or you are tarpon fishing with a bass jig, hey that's not our fault it got destroyed. However, if it's a bullet proof crank or a custom jig and you can prove you landed the fish with it via presentation of a video or pic, give us a shout. You never know what may happen.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic order shipping is USD $9.35 (nine dollars thirty five cents) for all orders less than USD $150.00 (one hundred fifty dollars). Spend more than that at PPJ, Domestic Shipping via USPS is on the house.

Buyers assume the full costs of shipping internationally. Carriers used are DHL, UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS International.
