Our professional clients asked us to build a compact jig with a straight shank heavy wire hook, that retained a smaller profile for use in tight quarters and woody banks where larger jigs have problems. So we built them one. The Pro Poison Head retains the essential geometry of our other lines, which makes it ideal to swim or flip, but has a beefed up straight shank Mustad Heavy Wire Hook. It has rapidly become a favorite of hardcore anglers who love to “get in there amongst them” and put small baits in very tight locations to extract the giants that somehow manage to wedge themselves into those places and hide. The Pro Poison Head features premium 3-D dome eyes for added realism and is available in every color we produce.
