Meet the Shot Caller, our new weedless ball head finesse jig. When fish get pressured, or when you need something compact to swing under docs, into brush piles, or to bounce along on chunk rock, this little baller plays big. This jig is made to go places and stick big hogs (pronounced "hawg" here in East Tennessee) then snatch them out before they know what hit them. It has a full- sized weed guard you can thin to taste. It uses a straight shank round-bend Mustad hook in size 3/0 that will pin and hold those big fish while you drag them out the nastiest hiding spots, they though you couldn't reach.  The flat eye is cast in a fashion to allow you to keep this jig in an upright presentation even with the slowest movements, so it excels when used with lighter trailers or floating plastics. Those of you who understand how forward-facing sonar and vertical jigging work, will see immediate applications when you pull one of these out of the package as well.  We leave the skirts full thickness so users can trim it to suit personal tastes for spider cuts, or lion's mane appearances (or leaving them full length show they show up on FFS better as they sink).  You can throw this one on casting or spinning gear with equal efficiency.  Give these a try and see if you don't agree, it's one of the best finesse jigs on the market.
