Now we understand some guys say you don't need rattles on a football style jig.  We say " Well have you ever tried it?"  Because rattles on a football dragged deep on rocky terrain, mimic crawfish on gravel. Big bass love to chew on crawfish. That's a fact.

At PPJ, we don't bring anything to the market unless we know it works.  We build things like this for a reason. (seeing  all the sore mouthed bass we made at Douglas Lake with this thing during a year of R&D, we are pretty sure it works). 

The Tour Edition Tungsten Football head is built to our demanding specifications of 97 percent tungsten for improved feel over lead alloy jigs.  It uses a Medium wire Mustad straight shank hook. This model features a slightly lighter weed guard as the design and head sizes make heavier guards unnecessary. 

They feature premium skirting and a double rattle band. The skirts are interchangeable with every jig we make.  All heads are neutral gray and won't chip or fade.  However, if you wish, all it takes to color your jig heads on the water is a sharpie marker.
