OUR POISON PEANUT HEAD POCKET JIG KIT is a nice option for the angler who wants to put some old school mojo in their tackle arsenal. It makes a great gift for anglers who seem to have everything in their tackle collection which makes it hard to shop for them. If they are over 35, you can bet they will be stoked when they open this box. Because when they see the contents, it will bring back memories of times on the water gone by, and big bass stuck on a little jig. 
 
 You get 8 Poison Peanut Head Jigs.  4 in 1/4 ounce and 4 in 3/8 eighth ounce. The jigs feature a hand tied flat living rubber skirt, that is tied with braid, not thread, so it won't get blown up by big fish like the originals were prone to.  We assure the colors are proven winners.  Blacks, Browns and Greens. Some will have the perfect accents like orange, purple, chartreuse or blue or combinations of all the above. They are packaged in a 6 inch pocket box that is easy to tote in a tackle bag (or cargo pocket) or store aboard a boat. 
The jig uses a Mustad 3/0 EWG medium wire hook and full size weed guard. It has an integrated skirt retaining cone and plastic spar built right in, no wires to break etc. Our Peanut head utilizes a 29 degree eyelet, which allows the angler to fish it several ways.  It can be flipped, used in swimming presentations and is a killer to skip under docks.  Traditional peanuts with 45, 60, or even 90 degree eyelets cannot do what this one does in the water. It's simple as that. 
Since we introduced them in 2006, this little jig has consistently been at the top of our best seller list for a reason.  They generate bites year round, are versatile and durable.  When you set the hook with ours, the fish stay pinned and don't throw the jig.
